We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Account cum Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team at AGS Advisory in Kuala Lumpur. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive accounting and administrative support to our growing firm.

What you'll be doing

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable, including invoicing, payments, and record-keeping

Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records

Assist with the preparation of financial statements and reports

Provide office administrative support, including data entry, filing, and coordinating office operations

Liaise with clients and external stakeholders to address inquiries and provide excellent customer service

Support the team with various ad-hoc tasks and projects as needed

What we're looking for

At least 2 years of experience in a similar accounting or administrative role, preferably in a professional services environment

Strong proficiency in accounting software (e.g., UBS, QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office suite

Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate financial records

Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interface with clients and team members

Demonstrated problem-solving skills and a proactive, solutions-oriented approach

Relevant academic qualifications in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field
