We are seeking a results-driven Account & Business Development Manager to spearhead our growth in the ASEAN (Association of Southeast Asian Nations) market. The role involves a strategic balance of recruiting, managing and growing existing key machine builders, integrators and OEM accounts while actively driving new end‑user (manufacturers) business acquisition through strategic prospecting and sales initiatives.
This position may involve managing distributors in the region, and may also include supporting key opportunities in India and/or China.
You hold a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related technical field, and have confirmed experience (5 years or more) in a similar role, ideally in automation, robotics or related industrial technology sector.
Fluency in English is required. Proficiency in Malay, Vietnamese or Mandarin is a significant advantage for daily client communication.
