Job summary

A logistics company in Malaysia is looking for a candidate who is proficient in Chinese to handle documentations, prepare invoices, and assist in inter-company billing. The role involves compiling delivery orders and preparing necessary shipment documents while ensuring accuracy in record-keeping. Candidates must be organized and ready to perform various tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Chinese (both written and spoken) is required for effective communication with team members.

Responsibilities

  • Tally DO with job details and assigned drivers.
  • Ensure all DO and documents are properly compiled.
  • Prepare and send documentation to the Forwarding team.
  • Generate invoices, check for accuracy and scan for record-keeping.
  • Prepare and print necessary shipment documents.
  • Collect, sort and arrange DO and receipts and submit to relevant PIC.
  • Assist in inter-company billing during month-end closing.
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by the Superior / HOD.
