Account Assistant - Full Time & Contract (Nov-Apr)
Responsibilities
- Processing Payments & Invoices: Handling Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR), ensuring timely processing and proper documentation.
- Bank Reconciliation: Reconcile bank accounts and financial transactions on a regular basis to ensure accurate financial records.
- Update Daily Transactions: Ensure all daily financial transactions are recorded and updated in the accounting system.
- Apply Bank Guarantees (BG): Handle the application and management of bank guarantees as part of financial transactions.
- Support Audit Preparation: Assist in preparing for internal or external audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Assist Senior & Manager: Provide support to senior & manager for any job as assigned
Requirements
- Diploma in Accounting or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Willingness to Learn and a Positive Attitude
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
- Strong time management skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to meet deadlines, especially during peak financial periods
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in accounting or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
