Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site position based in Kampong Attap, KL for an Account Assistant/Executive. Our Finance Department is the backbone of the company, making sure everything from supplier payments to tax filings runs smoothly. Whether you’re an Accounts Assistant just starting your career or an Accounts Executive with solid experience, this is your chance to grow in a supportive, dynamic environment within the travel & tourism industry.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Process supplier invoices, staff claims, and customer billings.
  • Track collections and follow up on outstanding payments.
  • Handle bank reconciliations, petty cash, and payment vouchers.
  • Maintain proper data entry, documentation, and filing.
  • Assist in month‑end closing, journal postings, and reconciliations.
  • Provide support during audits and tax‑related filings (SST, WHT, e‑Invoicing).
  • Collaborate with HR, Operations, and Sales teams on reconciliations.
  • Undertake ad‑hoc finance tasks or company assignments when required.
What We’re Looking For
  • Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent (LCCI/CAT accepted).
  • Accounts Assistant: 0–2 years’ experience (internship accepted).
  • Accounts Executive: 2–5 years’ relevant experience, preferably in travel/tourism/hospitality.
  • Basic knowledge of accounting principles; experience with ERP/accounting systems is a plus.
  • Proficient in Excel and comfortable with numbers.
  • Detail‑oriented, accurate, and able to meet tight deadlines.
  • A positive attitude, willingness to learn, and good team spirit.
