As an Account Assistant at Profile Fleet Service Sdn Bhd, you will be responsible for handling both accounts receivable and accounts payable functions, supporting the finance team in day-to-day operations, and assisting with ad hoc accounting and administrative tasks when required.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of accounts receivable and accounts payable.
Prepare, issue, and verify invoices to clients in a timely manner.
Track supplier invoices, payments, and petty cash transactions.
Follow up with clients and suppliers to ensure proper documentation and timely payments.
Monitor and reconcile account balances, ensuring all transactions are recorded correctly.
Assist in the preparation of monthly reports, financial summaries, and statements.
Liaise with internal departments to gather billing and payment information.
Perform general administrative and ad hoc tasks assigned by the management or finance team.
Minimum 2 years of experience in accounting, AR/AP, or related accounting/finance roles.
Proficient in accounting software (AutoCount) and Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel.
Strong attention to detail, organisation, and time management skills.
Good communication and interpersonal abilities to liaise with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
Ability to work independently and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia to facilitate effective communication with clients.
Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent.
Fresh graduates with relevant internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
