Job description

Candidate must possess at least a Certificate or Post Graduate Diploma in Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.

Have at least 1‑2 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position.

A keen eye for detail and desire to probe further into data.

Ability to stick to time constraints.

Responsibilities
  • Responsible for daily accounting duties and ensuring accounting records are captured in accounting system timely.
  • Assist in annual audit exercise and annual stock take.
  • Any other accounting duties assigned by the immediate superior from time to time.
  • To be able to communicate and work independently with others related department.
  • To prepare financial documents, such as statements, business activity reports and forecasts.
  • Managing and monitoring cash flows, bank balances (credit & debit).
  • Issue payment voucher or cash vouchers and prepare bank reconciliations.
  • Able to handle full set of account (sale taxes, redemption, SST & E‑Invoicing) and assist in any other accounting related works.
  • Account for stock value control for commercial and internal use.
  • Handle customer invoicing and collections.
  • Monitor customer and follow up on collections, take action on overdue accounts.
  • Involve with accounting audit preparation and documentation with auditor.
  • Assist management with finance/accounting analysis reporting.
