Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years' experience in an accounting or audit firm (preferred)
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and MPERS/MFRS standards
• Able to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities

• Handle a full set of accounts including AP, AR, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients.
• Maintain accurate and updated client records in compliance with accounting standards.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle a full set of accounts including AP, AR, General Ledger, and Bank Reconciliation
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for clients
• Maintain accurate and updated client records in compliance with accounting standards
• Liaise professionally with clients, auditors, tax agents, and relevant stakeholders
• Monitor statutory deadlines and ensure timely submissions
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis
• Support clients in accounting software usage and troubleshoot basic issues
• Maintain proper filing and documentation of financial records

Requirements

• Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Minimum 2–3 years' experience in an accounting or audit firm (preferred)
• Proficient in accounting software such as UBS, Odoo, SQL, Autocount, Xero, or QuickBooks
• Strong knowledge of Malaysian tax regulations and MPERS/MFRS standards
• High attention to detail, accuracy, and strong analytical skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
