Job summary

A food supply company in Puchong is seeking a detail-oriented Account Assistant to support the finance and accounting team. We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized Account Assistant to support our finance and accounting team. The ideal candidate will assist with day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial records, and help maintain smooth financial workflows.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparing and maintaining financial records, including ledgers, invoices, and receipts.

Process accounts payable and accounts receivable.

Assist in bank reconciliations and petty cash management.

Support the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
