Job summary

A dynamic travel company in Kuala Lumpur is seeking an experienced Accounts Assistant for a full-time position. Responsibilities include maintaining receivables, entering invoices into the Odoo system, preparing reconciliations, and assisting in month-end closing. This is a full-time Accounts Assistant, Receivables role at Within Earth Holidays in Kuala Lumpur offers the opportunity to join a fast-paced and dynamic travel company. In this role, you will be responsible for providing crucial support to the wider accounting team.

Job Descriptions
  • To maintain all receivables books and account
  • To key in all invoices and payments into accounting system, we are using Odoo
  • To give discount, debit and credit note upon request from Reservation Team
  • To update monthly agent credit limit to avoid over limit
  • To update monthly statement and send to agent for payment purpose
  • To prepare bank and account receivable reconciliation
  • To assist in month end closing
Job Requirements
  • Candidates must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accounting or equivalent
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in Accounting Receivables
  • Candidate with experience in high volume of account transactions is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel
  • Deadline oriented, good working attitude and team player
