We’re Hiring: Account Admin Assistant

Location: Seri Kembangan, Selangor

Salary: RM2,400 – RM2,800 (Based on experience)

Employment Type: Full-Time | On-Site

Darabif Meat Processing Sdn Bhd is seeking a meticulous and organized Account Admin Assistant to support our accounting and administrative operations. The ideal candidate will handle daily financial documentation, assist with bookkeeping, and ensure smooth coordination between the office and factory operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle data entry, filing, and maintenance of accounting records.
  • Prepare invoices, payment vouchers, and supporting documents for transactions.
  • Assist in managing accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR).
  • Update daily cash flow and assist with month-end reports.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and customers on billing and payment matters.
  • Support the team with administrative and clerical tasks as required.
  • Maintain proper documentation and ensure timely updates in accounting systems.
Requirements
