Role Description

This is a full‑time on‑site role for an Account Admin based in Kajang. The Account Admin will handle day‑to‑day financial and administrative tasks, oversee account management, perform account reconciliations, and maintain accurate financial records. Responsibilities also include managing client accounts, providing excellent customer service, and supporting the finance and accounting team with coordination and reporting activities.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge in Finance and Accounting, with the ability to maintain accurate financial documentation
  • Experience in Account Reconciliation and managing account‑related activities
  • Excellent Customer Service and Account Management skills to support client communication and relationships
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines
  • Proficient in using accounting software and Microsoft Office
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred
  • Work experience in a relevant field or industry is an added advantage
