Job Overview: We are seeking experienced Research Consultants to provide end-to-end guidance for Master’s and PhD theses as well as Scopus and WoS-indexed publications. This freelance role is ideal for researchers with a strong publication record who can work independently and deliver expert-level academic consultation.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide consultation and supervision for Master’s and PhD theses
  2. Offer full-cycle support for Scopus and WoS journal publications
  3. Assist with proposal writing, data analysis, and manuscript preparation
  4. Review and guide Thesis Chapters 1–5
  5. Ensure quality in academic formatting, referencing, and compliance with journal requirements
Required Qualifications
  1. Master’s or PhD in Business Management, or Social Sciences

  3. Proven experience in research supervision or academic consultation

  5. Ability to work remotely with minimal supervision
Preferred Skills (Added Advantage)
  • Quantitative Analysis: SPSS, SmartPLS, AMOS
  • Qualitative Analysis: NVivo, Atlas.ti, or manual coding
  • Technical Skills: Python, R, Deep Learning, or Software Development
  • Strong record of peer‑reviewed publications
