An English training center in Selangor is seeking an experienced education manager dedicated to enhancing teaching quality and managing daily operations. The role involves supervising English teachers, developing curriculum, and contributing to the growth of a startup environment. The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of teaching experience, strong communication and management skills, and proficiency in English and Chinese. We are an English-intensive training and education center based in Kuala Lumpur, combining curriculum instruction with learning management, dedicated to providing students with a high-quality, immersive English learning environment.
Currently, the center is in its early stages of development, and we sincerely invite an experienced, responsible education manager who is willing to grow together with the team to join us.
Teaching & Academic Management
Fully responsible for planning, implementing, and supervising the English teaching system.
Guide and enhance the teaching quality of English teachers (curriculum design, classroom management, assessment, and feedback).
Develop teaching standards, select teaching materials, and optimize courses.
Monitor student learning progress and teaching outcomes to ensure teaching quality.
Daily Center Operations & Supervision
Assist shareholders in managing daily operations of the center (class scheduling, teacher allocation, etc.).
Supervise internal processes to ensure efficient and orderly operations.
Demonstrate flexibility and multi-functionality during the early startup stage.
Administrative / Financial / Promotional Support (not professional accounting or marketing roles)
Basic financial awareness: assist with simple expense management, budget tracking, and accounting coordination.
Assist in course promotion and marketing ideas (copywriting suggestions, event support).
Work in coordination with marketing or administrative staff, rather than completing all tasks independently.
Relevant academic background in English education with over 5 years of English teaching experience.
Experience in teaching management, curriculum research, or academic leadership is preferred.
Familiarity with international school systems, English intensive courses, ESL, or EAL teaching is a plus.
Strong communication and team management skills.
Responsible, proactive, and adaptable to multi-tasking in a startup environment.
Proficient in both English and Chinese for communication (English can be used as the working language).

Capable of managing teaching while participating in operational strategy discussions.
