Academic Executive (Preschool & Primary)

Job Purpose

The Academic Executive plays a key role in ensuring academic and operational excellence across our schools. You’ll lead curriculum development, support teachers, and uphold a culture of quality learning and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities
Pillar 1: Academic Excellence
  • Design and develop academic modules for preschool and primary students, including STEAM-based learning.
  • Teach and mentor students in core and enrichment subjects.
  • Coach and support teachers to deliver consistent, high-quality lessons.
  • Evaluate teacher performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Research and implement best practices in pedagogy, curriculum, and education technology.
  • Organize academic events such as competitions, workshops, and innovation projects.
Pillar 2: Operational Excellence
  • Coordinate teacher scheduling and manpower planning across centres.
  • Manage academic timetables, calendars, and administrative efficiency.
  • Monitor student performance, attendance, and overall safety compliance.
  • Cultivate a high-performance culture among teachers and students.
  • Handle parent communication, feedback, and service recovery professionally.
  • Oversee digital platforms for attendance, announcements, and student portfolios.
  • Prepare official announcements, circulars, and reports for stakeholders.
Qualifications & Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Engineering, Communication, IT, Robotics, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in teaching or preschool operations.
  • Passionate about education, leadership, and innovation.
  • Excellent communication in English and Bahasa Malaysia; Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Canva, CapCut, and AI tools for education or content creation.
  • Strong discipline, accountability, and leadership qualities.
