As an Audit Associate, you will be part of the Assurance team responsible for delivering high-quality audit services to clients across various industries. You will work closely with senior auditors and managers to perform audit procedures, identify risks, assess internal controls, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in planning and executing external audits in accordance with relevant accounting and auditing standards.
  • Perform substantive testing and analytical procedures on financial statement line items.
  • Identify and communicate audit issues and findings to the senior team and clients.
  • Prepare clear and concise audit documentation.
  • Support senior team members in drafting audit reports and management letters.
  • Maintain a high level of professional and ethical standards.
  • Keep updated with developments in accounting and auditing.
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients and team members.

Requirements
  • Graduated from a reputable university with a major in Accounting and an excellent academic record (minimum GPA of 3.00).
  • Fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience in a Public Accounting Firm are welcome to apply.
  • Experience in a Big Four firm is an advantage.
  • Able to start immediately.
  • Basic understanding of accounting principles (PSAK/IFRS) and auditing standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Capable of working in a fast-paced, challenging, and multitasking environment.
  • Hardworking, enthusiastic, and self-motivated.
  • Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
  • Proficient in computer applications (Microsoft Office and other relevant tools).
  • Willing to travel for out-of-town assignments.
