• Troubleshoot and resolve complex moulding process and quality issues in mass production.
• Optimize moulding processes to improve product quality and efficiency.
• Develop and commission EOAT and automation solutions for quality and productivity goals.
• Mentor and train moulding technicians and junior engineers.
• Ensure compliance with HSE policies, ISO standards, and quality system requirements.
