Job summary

A machinery design and manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to lead projects, evaluate electrical solutions, and supervise construction quality. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in an electrical-related field with strong engineering knowledge. Proficiency in PLC & HMI programming, as well as CAD/Elan drawing software is required. You'll be responsible for on-site guidance and debugging, bringing your expertise to a growing company in Johor Bahru, Malaysia.

Qualifications

Job Description

• Lead the electrical work of the project.
• Evaluate, confirm, and execute the feasibility of electrical solutions.
• Perform electrical design, including BOM, drawings, PLC & HMI programming, operation, and maintenance manuals.
• Provide on-site guidance for electrical construction and supervise, inspect, and accept construction quality.
• Conduct electrical debugging, including in-house testing and on-site commissioning at customer locations.

Job Requirements

• Diploma or above in an electrical-related field, with a solid foundation in engineering and theoretical knowledge.
• Proficiency in selecting electrical components, electrical wiring, and design.
• Familiarity with CAD/Elan drawing software.
• Experience in PLC & HMI programming for at least one mainstream brand (e.g., Inovance EASY&AM series, Weintek touchscreens).
