Job Description

• Develop and manage project timelines, ensuring that all materials, equipment, and services are ordered and delivered as per project requirements.
• Coordinate with project managers to identify resource needs and ensure optimal scheduling of procurement activities.
• Monitor project progress and adjust procurement plans accordingly to meet changing project timelines or requirements.
• Identify and evaluate suppliers, negotiate prices, and ensure the purchase of high-quality materials and services at competitive prices.
• Place orders, track deliveries, and ensure that materials and equipment are delivered on time and within budget.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and standards during the procurement process.
• Generate regular reports on inventory levels, order statuses, and supplier performance.
• Provide insights to management regarding purchasing and inventory trends.
• Continuously review and improve purchasing and planning processes to increaseefficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
• Leverage ERP systems and other tools to improve planning accuracy, ordermanagement, and inventory control.
• Ensure all purchasing and planning activities comply with internal policies andexternal regulatory requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Proven experience in planning, purchasing, and inventory management within a similar industry.

• Demonstrate leadership in ISO audits for purchasing function.
