We are recruiting fluent in Mandarin speaking professionals to join our Global Customer Support team in Penang, Malaysia. This position requires proficiency in Mandarin and English to provide quality service to customers in Asia.

Responsibilities
  • Provide professional support to customers in Mandarin and English via phone, email and online chat.
  • Guide customers to complete the online order and payment process.
  • Handle customer issues efficiently and elevate urgent matters when necessary.
  • Accurately record customer information and strictly adhere to data security regulations.
  • Work with the team to continuously optimize service quality.
  • Achieve the performance goals (KPIs) set by the company.
Qualifications
  • College or Bachelor's degree (any major, communication, English or related fields are preferred).
  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • More than 6 months of customer service experience (any industry) is a plus.
Required Skills
  • Fluent in Mandarin level (clear pronunciation and fluent expression).
  • English B2 level (fluent in oral and written).
