Job Summary

We are looking for a skilled 3D Animator with strong rigging abilities to bring life to characters in our games. You’ll be responsible for creating bone structures, skin weights, and dynamic animations for humans, creatures, and other in-game assets. If you’re passionate about movement, storytelling through motion, and have experience with industry-standard 3D tools and Unity, we’d love to meet you.

Job Responsibilities

• Use 3D software (e.g., Max, Maya, 3ds, Blender) to rig characters and set up skeletal systems.
• Create smooth, expressive animations for humanoid characters, creatures, and other game elements.
• Perform skinning and weight painting to ensure clean deformations during animation.
• Collaborate with modelers, technical artists, and developers to ensure assets are fully functional in Unity (or other engines).
• Refine animations based on gameplay feedback and technical constraints.

Job Requirements

• Proficiency in written and spoken Mandarin is required.
• Diploma or above in Animation, Game Art, or related field.
• Solid foundation in animation principles and character movement.
• Proficient in 3D software such as 3ds Max (preferred), Maya, or Blender.
• Familiar with Unity 3D engine and animation workflows.
