Job summary

Celestica in Penang, Malaysia, seeks an Operations Engineering Specialist with 4–8 years in DFT or test engineering to join the team. You will review testability in design, inspect boundary scan chains, test access, and ICT/coverage analysis tooling to ensure layout readiness.

You will also support functional test definition and early build debugging for the site, collaborating with design and manufacturing to meet quality and schedule targets.

Physical Demands

• Duties of the position are performed in a manufacturing environment with frequent exposure to noise, dust, chemicals, operating machinery, temperature extremes, hazardous substances, etc.
• Duties may require extended periods of sitting and sustained visual concentration on a computer monitor or on numbers and other detailed data.
• Repetitive manual movements (e.g., data entry, using a computer mouse, using a calculator, etc.) are frequently required.

• Six to eight years relevant experience.

• Bachelor's degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
