Summary

Assists and supports the Quality Engineers by providing production expertise to resolve Quality issues within the production operation. Monitors process, component and product quality problems and escalates to supervisor. May provide functional guidance or demonstrate work methods to new employees.

Detailed Description

Performs tasks such as, but not limited to, the following:

  • Conduct ESD compliance verification periodically for all ESD elements and tools.
  • Provide ESD verification reporting
  • Troubleshoot and fix any noncompliance ESD elements in production.
  • Support ESD measurement equipment calibration activity with supplier.
  • Highlight any ESD findings or issues to superior for immediate actions.
  • Support ESD audits ( Regulatory / Customer / etc )
  • Support Manager in terms of qualification, training,documentation if required.
  • Perform ESD audit and follow up on corrective actions
  • To support ESD Entrance System , ESD attire management and trainings
  • Must willing to adapt and work under pressure.
Qualifications
  • Educational background: Diploma / Equivalent in Engineering, Quality Management, or a related field.
  • ESD expertise: Minimum of 2 years of experience in ESD management, with hands-on expertise in ANSI ESD S20.20 Standard.
  • Quality skills: Strong experience in ESD measurements, problem-solving, and audits.
  • Language proficiency: Fluency in English and Malay to facilitate effective communication with internal stake holders
  • Motivation and adaptability: High motivation and ability to perform under pressure with a results-driven approach.
