The Quality QMS Coordinator is the central point of contact for all QMS-related activities, ensuring compliance with both internal policies and external customer requirements. This role involves managing the QMS documentation, scheduling and conducting audits, and overseeing the corrective and non-conformance processes.

• Comply with safety rules and procedures and remain alert for unsafe conditions. Addresses unsafe conditions before putting people or property at risk.
• Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive Quality Management System (QMS) that meets customer and regulatory requirements, including readiness for customer and third-party audits, ensuring timely resolution of findings and CAPA closure.
• Develop and manage quality metrics that measure the effectiveness of the QMS, customer scorecards, and site and corporate goals.
• Manage corrective action program and determine the appropriate actions to be taken when deficiencies are discovered or reported.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues.
• Provide technical guidance on questions regarding quality systems and procedures.

• Bachelor's degree or higher degree in a related field (e.g., engineering, quality management).
  Work Experience
  • 3-5 years of experience managing or administering a Quality Management System.
  • Proven experience conducting internal audits and managing corrective actions.
  • Strong working knowledge of AS9100.
  • Experience leading AS9100 & NADCAP certification audits.
  Computer Skills
  • Proficient knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  Other Skills
  • Fluent English (spoken and written) as a second language.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including ability to effectively communicate with internal and external customers.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  Preferred Qualification
  • AS9100 and NADCAP internal auditor.
  • Airworthiness experience.
  • Knowledge of aerospace customer specifications (Boeing Specifications preferred).
