Formación

• Proven experience in technology adoption, change management, or digital transformation.
• Strong understanding of AI technologies and workplace collaboration platforms.
• Ability to design and execute adoption strategies and value measurement frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Familiarity of working in an international, multi-time zone support environment.

Responsabilidades

• Define and execute adoption strategies for Workplace AI technologies.
• Partner with business units to co-create adoption roadmaps.
• Foster communities of practice for knowledge sharing and innovation.
• Develop frameworks to measure adoption success and employee productivity.
• Champion AI-driven change and promote awareness within the organization.
• Collaborate with enablement teams to integrate strategies into workflows.
