A leading pharmaceutical company in Mexico is looking for a professional to lead the cultural and behavioral shift toward AI-powered ways of working. The successful candidate will manage adoption strategies for AI technologies, ensuring collaboration across business units while delivering measurable impacts. Candidates should exhibit strong communication skills and experience in change management. This role promises a unique opportunity to drive innovation within a diverse and inclusive team.

Formación

  • Proven experience in technology adoption, change management, or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and workplace collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to design and execute adoption strategies and value measurement frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity of working in an international, multi-time zone support environment.

Typical Accountabilities
  • Define and Execute Adoption Strategies
    Develop and deliver structured adoption plans for Workplace AI technologies, ensuring alignment with business priorities and measurable outcomes in partnership with IT Training and Best Practise teams.
  • Partner with Business Units
    Co-create adoption roadmaps with business stakeholders, ensuring AI tools are embedded into everyday workflows and deliver tangible value.
  • Foster Communities of Practice
    Build and sustain networks that enable knowledge sharing, peer learning, and innovation in AI usage across the enterprise.
  • Develop Value Measurement Frameworks
    Define and implement frameworks to measure adoption success, employee productivity, and satisfaction during pilots and transition to BAU.
  • Champion Change and Engagement
    Act as an advocate for AI-driven ways of working, promoting awareness, building confidence, and embedding new practices into organisational culture.
  • Collaborate with Enablement Teams
    Work closely with the Agent Factory and Employee Experience teams to ensure adoption strategies are integrated into the flow of work.

  • Proven experience in technology adoption, change management, or digital transformation.
  • Strong understanding of AI technologies and workplace collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to design and execute adoption strategies and value measurement frameworks.
  • Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Familiarity of working in an international, multi-time zone support environment.
  • Advanced English communication skills.
Desirable
  • Experience in building communities of practice and driving cultural change.
  • Background in large-scale enterprise or regulated environments.
