Ideal candidates have 6+ years of Workday experience and deep expertise in HCM Core and Payroll functions, alongside strong integration and stakeholder engagement skills.

Formación

• 6+ years of Workday experience with deep hands-on knowledge of HCM Core and Payroll.
• Experience delivering using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core Connectors.
• Strong understanding of hire-to-retire processes, Time & Absence, and year-end processing.

Responsabilidades

• Define target architecture and standards across HCM, Time & Absence, and NA Payroll.
• Own the Workday roadmap and serve as SME for impact assessments.
• Establish integration patterns and compliance with regulations.
