We are in search of a Senior IT Recruiter, specifically C-Level Executive Headhunters, to attract top-tier candidates for high-level executive roles within the company. This crucial position involves direct interactions with Fortune 500 C-Level Executives, VPs, and Department Heads, requiring excellent communication, a corporate demeanor, and sophisticated client management skills. This role is suited for those with a strategic approach to executive search and a desire to play a pivotal role in shaping the leadership landscape of a leading company.
What you will do
- Lead the recruitment process for senior and executive-level positions, from sourcing to placement, ensuring a tailored and positive candidate experience.
- Establish and nurture relationships with key market players, from internal leadership to HR business partners and potential candidates.
- Implement innovative sourcing strategies targeted at senior and executive-level talent.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for candidates, addressing any inquiries or concerns throughout the recruitment process.
What we are looking for
- Over 5 years of recruitment experience, including executive/C-level recruitment.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on listening and persuasion.
- Experience in Customer Success, Customer Experience, or Sales is a plus.
- Demonstrated success in lead generation and conversion.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, results-driven environment.
- Excellent self-management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet tight deadlines.
- Native or near-native proficiency in English.
- Spanish language skills are a plus.
