Descripción del empleo

Supervise the receipt and verification of materials delivered by suppliers. Determine the quantities of materials to be purchased and coordinate daily and quarterly plant material counts.

  • Generate changes and strategies necessary to maintain a healthy inventory.
  • Comply with the company’s established safety and hygiene rules.
  • Validate inventory counts.
  • Promote 5S within the work area and among assigned personnel.
  • Execute the daily cycle count plan.
  • Follow up on counts requested by the materials department.
  • Validate production plans when required.
  • Generate reports in case of material discrepancies.
  • Responsible for quarterly physical inventory.
  • Responsible for the inventory KPI.
  • Analyze A, B, and C class inventories.
  • Attend required meetings.
  • Review overconsumption.
  • Report overstock.
  • Perform other duties related to the position.
  • Report any omissions or errors in inventories.
  • Comply with disciplinary measures established by the company.
  • Follow up on additional requirements
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree.
  • 8 years’ experience as minimum.
  • English 80% writing and spoking.
  • Personal management.
  • Work well within a team environment.
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Superior organizational skills, as well as a proven ability to provide quality service in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to multitask, effective time management skills and a basis for action.
