Formación

• Bachelor's degree in biological sciences or a related field.
• Experience in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry.
• Ability to communicate in English and Spanish at an advanced level.

Responsibilities

• Manage validation testing on customer products and oversee a portfolio of customer projects in a customer-facing technical role focused on filtration validation within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Design, conduct, and report study results to external biotech and pharmaceutical clients; serve as a technical resource for filtration process validation.
• Perform testing activities including bacterial retention, filter integrity, chemical compatibility, and extractables & leachables assessments.
• Interface with a diverse global team in a fast-paced services environment; provide technical consultancy and guidance to adapt service scopes to specific customer needs.
• Demonstrate strong project planning, timeline management, and customer communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in biological sciences or related science discipline
• Previous experience in biotech/pharmaceutical industry
• Advanced English and Spanish
• Availability to travel for customer presentations, training, and industry events
• Availability to work in Mexico timezone
• Experience in project management/coordination is a plus
