A leading global food and beverage company is seeking a strategic Treasury Manager in Mexico. The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of experience in treasury, advanced English, and strong analytical skills. You will support key initiatives and ensure compliance, all while working in a fast-paced environment that values innovation and accountability.

Formación

• 5–8 years of experience in treasury and banking desirable.
• Strong accounting or finance acumen.
• Ability to work under pressure in changing environments.

• Support strategic initiatives: M&A, Cashless projects, payroll, etc

• This is a strategic and operational role, which demands a high level of accountability, analytical rigor, and leadership to support decision-making and protect the organization’s financial integrity

About you

• Bachelor’s in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field.
• At least 5–8 years of experience in treasury and banking desirable, could be considered internal talent with strong accounting or finance acumen.
• English: advanced (MUST); Daily communication with Treasury Central Team in Paris
• Understanding of financial instruments, credit markets, and capital structures
• Fast learner
• Strategic thinking Leadership & team management
• Strong analytical and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in ever changing environments
• Experience with negotiations
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
