This role involves coordinating pilot runs, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and driving improvements in packaging processes. The ideal candidate will have experience in technical operations and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the technology transfer of products from R&D to the plant.
• Coordinate and execute pilot runs and validations in the plant.
• Act as the technical expert on the shop floor.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with various departments.
• Ensure proper implementation of packaging materials.
• Drive continuous improvement in transfer and packaging.
• Document and standardize transfer processes.

What you´ll do

• Lead the technology transfer of products from R&D to the plant, ensuring scalability, operational efficiency, and compliance with quality standards.
• Coordinate and execute pilot runs and validations in the plant for new formula and packaging developments.
• Act as the technical expert on the shop floor, making real-time decisions and managing operational conflicts.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Development, Marketing, Quality, Deployment, and R&D to ensure successful product launches.
• Ensure proper implementation of packaging materials and their compatibility with production lines.
• Drive continuous improvement in transfer and packaging processes, proposing innovative and practical solutions.
• Document and standardize transfer processes to ensure efficiency and replicability.
