Formación

• 3+ years of software experience with a good understanding of either Java or Python language.
• Experience with CI/CD environment and tools is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Designs, develops and maintains technology systems for use by external and internal customers.
• Monitors system performance and escalates non-routine issues to ensure optimal functionality.
• Completes the investigation and resolution of incidents and problems in systems and services.
• Performs the implementation of agreed remedies and preventative measures.
• Supports application maintenance, including performance monitoring and backup processes.
• Completes continuous service improvement by maintaining best practices.
• Able to work on shift duty in a 24/7 support organization.
