We're looking for a passionate data-driven Tech Recruiter to join our global Talent Acquisition team. Based in the Mexico, you'll play a critical role in helping us scale our engineering and product teams identifying top-tier talent and shaping an inclusive candidate experience across borders.
You’ll work closely with business leaders hiring managers and cross-functional partners to drive full-cycle recruitment strategies and bring in exceptional talent that shares our mission and values.

We understand that execution is the key to success and optimize processes to remove bottlenecks.
Our work model is hybrid and has cycles that can be from two to three months according to the business of expertise. For every eight or twelve weeks of remote work one will be at the office.
