Responsibilities

• Act as a mentor and resource for design issues
• Analyze and solve complex design problems
• Apply business and industry knowledge to design solutions
• Lead teams to address routine technical problems
• Continually improve design processes and implement innovative solutions
• Participate in design reviews and provide technical feedback
• Proficient in module assemblies, Master Models, and FEA for components and assemblies

Qualifications

• Associate Degree or equivalent preferred
• 5+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with CAD software (Solid Edge), 3D modeling, and 2D drawings
• Sheet metal, plastic, and welding design experience
• Knowledge of ASME/ISO/GD&T standards
• Experience working in cross-functional teams, ideally in the medical device industry
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively in a team environment
• Fluent English and Spanish
