Systems Integrator – Mexico City
This role is highly dynamic, diverse, and challenging, encompassing both pre‑ and post‑sales technical and implementation activities. The individual validates and integrates Entrust standard and custom card and ID personalization solutions within diverse customer environments, assists in evaluating business problems, recommends or implements solutions, coordinates with various Entrust teams, demonstrates value to the customer, and becomes a trusted advisor.

How You Will Make an Impact
- Help with infrastructure and internal deployment of Entrust products.
- Work independently or with integration/development team members on complex system configuration tasks.
- Assist project managers or technical sales in customer calls to refine technical requirements or conduct technical deep dives.
- Conduct pre‑installation validation to discover and resolve issues during lab testing.
- Participate in remote or on‑site installation integration, configuration, and validation of Entrust solutions, including integration with third‑party products.
- Educate and provide knowledge transfer and/or documentation to ensure customers become self‑sufficient, including conducting solution training.
- Document solution deployment details for technical support handoff.
- Troubleshoot issues in servers, networks, TCP/IP, RS‑232, Microsoft/Linux OS, databases, hardware fault‑tolerance, availability, and scalability.
- Provide escalation troubleshooting, acting as liaison with customer and support teams.
- Assist with production PKI and related‑product deployment issues.
- Become familiar with product integration hooks or scripting to assist customers.
- Assist in specifying hardware and logistics around shipment and tracking of solution products.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS, Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant corporate or commercial experience as a Systems or Support Engineer or related role.
- Card personalization industry experience, including smart card (EMV preferred).
- Familiarity with Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Key Management.
- Experience working with Hardware Security Modules from Entrust SafeNet or Thales.
- Experience in setup, administration, networking, and common services such as Active Directory, DNS, WINS, and IIS.
- Beginner programming and/or scripting experience in at least one of JavaScript, batch, Python, or PowerShell. Basic skills in SQL query language and architecture.
- Financial and Government sector experience.
- Fluent in English.
- Ability and willingness to travel up to 60% as needed (average 25% based on project deliverables). International travel may be required; successful candidate must be willing to apply for necessary travel documentation.
- Must be legally authorized to work in Mexico.
Preferred Qualifications
- Entrust product experience (Entrust Certificate Authority Admin Services, Identity Enterprise, Identity as a Service, Secura DPP, or Adaptive Issuance).
- Experience with source control tools such as GIT, Bitbucket, or JFrog, and collaboration/AI tools like Microsoft Teams, CoPilot, SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and Oracle.
- Cloud services such as AWS and Azure and containerization technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Podman, etc.
- Experience with SCOM, SCCM, Endpoint Manager (Intune), or similar automated operations and delivery management platforms.
- Proficiency in Linux, XML/HTML, Eclipse, Apache/Tomcat, Java, C#, and programming.
- Security certification or basic understanding of Security DevOps.
- Database analysis, design, and programming (T‑SQL, PL/SQL).
