A leading eCommerce and tech company in Mexico City is seeking a motivated Infrastructure Support Engineer to enhance the Kindle Ingestion and Expansion team. You will be responsible for troubleshooting, developing maintenance tools, and supporting software deployments primarily in Java and AWS. The ideal candidate should have experience in automating and deploying infrastructure as well as proficiency in at least one modern programming language such as Python or Java.

Formación

• Experience in automating, deploying, and supporting infrastructure.
• Experience programming with at least one modern language such as Python, Ruby, Golang, Java, C++, C#, Rust.
• Experience with Linux/Unix.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Infrastructure support of incoming system tickets, including extensive troubleshooting tasks.
• Work on maintenance driven coding projects, primarily in Java and AWS technologies.
• Software deployment support in staging and production environments.
• Develop tools to aid operations and maintenance.
• System and Support status reporting.
