A leading automotive manufacturer seeks a D&R Engineer responsible for designing parts and ensuring compliance with engineering requirements. The role requires strong leadership and project management skills, along with experience in suspension subsystem design. Candidates must hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering and be proficient in English. This position may involve international travel to support final assembly plants.

Formación

• Experience in functional engineering, preferably in Chassis or Automotive.
• Proficiency in DMAIC/DFSS/Robustness Tools.
• Ability to travel internationally as required.

Responsabilidades

• Design and package suspension systems and components.
• Lead component and system design and development.
• Conduct vehicle and bench tests for suspension functions.
• Manage supplier delivery and performance.
• Coordinate with various departments to meet design targets.
