Formación

  • 8+ years of property surveys, including ALTA and Section Line Surveys.
  • Ability to organize field notes.
  • Ability to read Construction Plans.
  • Experience performing Boundary Research, preferred.
  • Valid driver's license and insurable under company insurance.

Farnsworth Group

Farnsworth Group is seeking a Survey Crew Chief in one of the below posting locations. This position entails performing a wide variety of surveys in various locations. There is 80% expected travel. This is not a contract position; we are looking to fill a permanent position where you will have the opportunity to establish and develop a career in Land Surveying.

Posting Locations for this role: Colorado Springs, Durango, and Greenwood Village (Denver Tech Center), CO

Specific Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 8+ years of property surveys, including ALTA and Section Line Surveys
  • Experience with GPS, Total Station and Data Collectors
  • Ability to organize field notes
  • Ability to read Construction Plans
  • Experience performing Boundary Research, preferred
  • LSIT, preferred
  • Ability to execute field staking
  • Strong math skills
  • 80% travel required
  • Valid driver's license and be insurable under company insurance
  • Ability to work outside in a wide variety of weather and terrain conditions
  • Ability to regularly lift and/ or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/ or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and/ or move up to 100 pounds
Desired Qualifications
  • Experienced with LiDAR, Scanners, point clouds
  • Oil & Gas Pipeline experience
  • DOT experience

Salary Range

$25 - $40 per hour (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, as well as internal and external equity)
