Blue Yonder is seeking a Support Engineer 2 to provide support for SaaS and On-Prem customers, assisting in deployments, resolving issues, and enhancing customer relations. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in supply chain planning and familiarity with Blue Yonder products, as well as strong technical skills, including database management and programming. Formación

• 3+ years of Supply chain planning domain experience required.
• Experience in Software/SaaS industry is essential.
• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Technical experience with Blue Yonder products preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Provide functional and/or technical support during customer upgrades and deployments.
• Maintain positive customer relationships by managing expectations.
• Document learnings and create knowledge articles for repeated cases.

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Applications, Industrial Engineering, or Supply Chain Management
