Job Overview
As a Supply Chain Project and Digital Transformation Manager, you will be responsible for managing local and regional supply chain projects and new business initiatives, driving the exploration of new business models, and integrating processes with existing operations. You will lead a team of data analysts to build a digital application and data analysis platform for Supply Chain, continuously enhancing data analysis capabilities based on tools such as PowerBI and RPA to improve overall supply chain digitalization and operational efficiency. Additionally, you will play a key role in critical digital projects such as SAP/IBP/DataLake implementations, enabling the supply chain system to achieve efficient and intelligent business upgrades.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Management
- Oversee end‑to‑end management of local and regional supply chain projects and new business initiatives, including planning, execution, monitoring, and delivery.
- Coordinate cross‑functional resources to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.
- New Business Exploration & Process Integration
- Lead the exploration and implementation of new business models, optimizing existing processes for seamless integration with regular operations.
- Digital Transformation & Data Analysis
- Guide the data analyst team in establishing the APAC supply chain digital application system and RPA office automation platform.
- Continuously improve the data analysis framework centered on PowerBI, deepening data‑driven decision‑making to enhance overall supply chain digitalization and work efficiency.
- Collaborate with the global digital team to align regional and global digital strategies.
- Critical Digital Projects
- Actively participate in the planning and implementation of key digital projects, including SAP/IBP/DataLake.
- Team Leadership
- Manage a team of three professionals (one project engineer and two data analysts), supporting their growth and enhancing team capabilities.
- Additional Tasks
- Complete other projects and tasks as assigned.
Qualifications
- Education
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Data Analysis, Engineering Management, or related fields.
- Experience
- 5+ years of experience in supply chain project management or digital transformation, with team management experience preferred.
- Hands‑on experience with SAP/IBP/DataLake or similar systems is a plus.
- Core Competencies
- Project Management: Proficient in project management methodologies with strong planning, execution, and risk management skills.
- Communication & Coordination: Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross‑functional and regional teams.
- Digital Capabilities: Familiarity with digital tools and technologies in supply chain, with practical experience in data analysis tools like PowerBI and RPA, and a solid understanding of process automation.
- Language Skills: Fluent in English (both written and spoken) is mandatory, with the ability to communicate effectively in an international work environment.
