We are seeking a Support Engineer to provide technical service and support to our customers. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve issues to stabilize and optimize customer networks, configure and integrate various nodes and solutions in both new and live customer networks.
The Support Engineer interacts with customer technical staff, operation managers, service engineers, and other groups within the Service Delivery organization. You may also collaborate with sales, R&D, third-party suppliers, and local authorities.
This role requires continuous technical development to keep skills up to date. You should have broad knowledge of telecom and datacom, including hardware, software, and network expertise. The role involves working in an international environment, often independently, with responsibilities that demand a high level of professionalism and communication skills.
