• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations and internal HR policies.
• Manage employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Support leaders with local context and regulatory requirements.
• Contribute to global and regional HR projects and process improvements.
• Drive initiatives supporting employee engagement and positive experience.

Conocimientos

Strong knowledge of Mexico and Costa Rica labor law

Full professional fluency in English and Spanish

Analytical and problem-solving skills

Ability to build trust and influence stakeholders

Experience supporting managers across multiple countries

Educación

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
