Objective :

We are looking for a strategic and results-driven Sales leader to lead our growth across Mexico and Latin America. This is a key leadership role focused on building a high-performing sales organization, driving revenue growth, and expanding our client base in a dynamic and competitive market.

Responsibilities :
  • Build, lead, and scale a high-performing sales team focused on new customer acquisition and account expansion in the region
  • Drive end-to-end sales strategy, execution, and revenue delivery for the Mexico and LATAM markets
  • Identify, develop, and convert high-potential opportunities using market insights and competitive intelligence
  • Develop strong go-to-market partnerships with Marketing, Business Development, Pre-Sales, and Vertical Teams
  • Lead key client engagements, strengthen CXO relationships, and grow existing accounts through upselling and cross-selling
  • Establish a culture of ownership, collaboration, and high performance within the sales team
  • Deliver accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility using CRM and analytics tools
Requirements : Experience :
  • Experience in sales department
  • Experience in senior sales leadership role
  • Experience in sales focus in IT services
  • Understanding of the LATAM Business landscape
  • Experience in selling PES, Data engineering, Cloud Migration, GenAI
  • Experience in BFSI, TMT, Engineering
