This role involves monitoring KYC and Fraud Transactions processes, ensuring compliance, and proposing improvements. Team Overview

We are looking for a responsible Sr Quality assurance specialist in the KYC process.

  • The position is complex. This person has to identify opportunity areas, solve problems, propose improvements and communicate with the operation area.
  • The ideal candidate will be a competent person who knows how to inspect quality and give feedback to the process.
  • He or She will have a thorough knowledge of the processes inherent to the responsibility of the position and will be oriented and focused on results.
  • The objective will be to ensure that quality monitoring are carried out in a productive manner to ensure the correct KYC process.
Role Responsibilities
  • Monitoring to the KYC and Fraud Transactions process, offer feedback and advice.
  • Maintain record of hours worked and personnel records.
  • Propose improvements to the process.
  • Ensure compliance with company and legal policies and procedures and report any deviation.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Make metrics and presentations.
Role Qualifications
  • 1+ years experience in KYC process; 1+ years experience in Fraud Transactions process.
  • Bachelor degree, or truncated career.
  • Critical thinking.
  • Work as key contact with other areas.

  • Experience in financial products.
  • Knowledge in Office, Google Sheets, Excel.
