Meet Our Team
The Outbound Sales organization at PayPal drives customer acquisition and growth by engaging new merchants across Small and medium business and geographies. As part of the LATAM Growth team, you’ll play a critical role in expanding PayPal’s presence across Mexico and the broader Latin America region, helping businesses of all sizes embrace digital payments and connect with global markets.
As a Senior Manager, Outbound Sales, you will lead a high-performing regional sales organization focused on new customer acquisition and revenue acceleration. You will inspire, develop, and empower a diverse team of Sales Representatives and Team Leads across Mexico and LATAM to exceed goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will shape our regional strategy, strengthen PayPal’s position in key markets, and contribute directly to our mission of financial inclusion.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
