As part of the LATAM Growth team, you’ll play a critical role in expanding PayPal’s presence across Mexico and the broader Latin America region, helping businesses of all sizes embrace digital payments and connect with global markets.

Your Way to Impact

As a Senior Manager, Outbound Sales, you will lead a high-performing regional sales organization focused on new customer acquisition and revenue acceleration. You will inspire, develop, and empower a diverse team of Sales Representatives and Team Leads across Mexico and LATAM to exceed goals while delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your leadership will shape our regional strategy, strengthen PayPal’s position in key markets, and contribute directly to our mission of financial inclusion.

Your Day to Day
  • Lead and develop a large, distributed team of outbound sales professionals focused on prospecting, qualifying, and onboarding new merchants.
  • Define and execute regional sales strategies that align with PayPal’s business priorities and LATAM growth objectives.
  • Drive accountability and performance, using data and insights to monitor KPIs, optimize pipeline health, and forecast accurately.
  • Foster an inclusive, high-performing culture, promoting coaching, career development, and continuous learning.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Partnerships, Operations, and Product teams to drive lead quality, campaign alignment, and go-to-market success.
  • Represent the region internally and externally, acting as a trusted advisor on LATAM market trends, merchant needs, and competitive dynamics.
What You Need to Bring
  • 8+ years of progressive experience in sales, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role managing large, geographically distributed outbound sales teams.
  • Proven track record of delivering revenue growth through outbound sales strategies in Mexico and Latin America.
  • Expertise in sales process management, pipeline development, and forecasting.
  • Experience working with CRM tools (Salesforce preferred) and leveraging analytics for decision making.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Fluent in Spanish and English; Portuguese is a strong plus.
  • Ability to lead across cultures and time zones in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Experience in fintech, payments, or SaaS is preferred.
Preferred Education

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field required; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
