Job Description

By being a brand custodian, this position builds up and execute Mars Wrigley Foodservice marketing & customer activities designed to achieve specific business objectives, including: NSV, share of market, financial shape and penetration targets.

What are we looking for?
  • Ideally 2-3 years of experience ideally in massive consumption companies/foodservice companies.
  • Excellent communication and networking skills
  • Demonstrated success in leading within a cross-functional team
  • Ability to leverage their analytical skills to drive plans and deliver growth.
  • Basic financial P&L understanding
What will be your key responsibilities?
Brand Management
  • Assist brand’s strategy considering sustainable, accelerated, and profitable shape
  • Collect and analyze market, consumer, and brand data, to support and develop the activity set and portfolio management for local market within the brand plans
  • Analyze and review brand performance shaping business recommendations
  • Lead MWC Foodservice plans – customer activation – with excellence, including cross-functional collaboration to ensure quality and readiness of plans, tracking of performance in market, course-correction and learnings to improve future performance
  • Implement marketing brand plan & innovation activities, supported by on-going performance analysis, portfolio management during internal process
  • Supports Portfolio management including Pricing, Packaging, Formulation, etc.
Project Management & Innovation
  • Supports on the creation of the innovation pipeline.
  • Lead S&OP Projects: Deliver all main S&OP process main deliverables as well as execution and post launch review. Executes End to End portfolio innovation
  • Responsible to ensure execution of artworks to meet MWC Foodservice portfolio needs.
