A leading healthcare company is seeking a candidate for a data-driven insights role in Ciudad de México. The ideal applicant should have at least 3+ years of experience optimizing processes in the healthcare industry, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in stakeholder engagement. This position will involve leading continuous improvement projects and implementing strategic plans to drive performance.

Formación

  • At least 3+ years of experience in a data-driven insights and optimization role.
  • Working knowledge of strategy deployment techniques, performance measures, and financial/supply chain platforms.
  • Experience in transportation, warehousing, and international freight improvement projects.
  • Experience in engagement with 3rd party logistics providers (3PLs).
  • Experience in the healthcare industry.
  • Knowledge of corporate business environments and stakeholder engagement.
  • Proven experience with process flow redesign, mapping, and data-driven decision-making.

Descripción del empleo
Strategy & Insights

1. Able to provide, present and articulate a deep level of understanding to the market(s) challenges, opportunity areas and key focus area.

2. Present opportunities for efficiency gain (Process Improvement) to Fulfilment Leader(s) and market Planning & Fulfillment team and support market in executing continuous improvement projects where appropriately assigned.

3. Lead Site Strategic Improvement Plan (SSIP) development considering an E2E vision across the market(s) assigned and in accordance with Global Regional Hoshin Plan.

4. Provide coaching and mentor support to fulfilment team members in enabling effective operational performance management as appropriate to their roles and support market in driving accountability/governance processes to improve operational performance.

KPI and Analytics

5. Create, maintain, and govern Fulfilment team process control dynamics by building understanding of all Planning & Fulfillment metrics and success measures to drive operational and business performance.

6. Work with department managers to create functionally-owned team KPI dashboards and improve data management processes with data integrity and compliance in mind.

7. Work with local data owners

8. Work with regional stakeholders to ensure Global and Regional scorecards represent accurate monthly Fulfillment performance

Projects & Continuous Improvement

9. Drive governance and provide support to the markets’ improvement projects pipeline to minimize and reduce Fulfillment costs as a % of net sales assigned.

10. Support market(s) in the deployment of Regional strategic/transformation projects assigned from Global/Region.

11. Implement and manage operational excellence mechanisms and innovative dynamics based on Baxter Operating System and identified in SSIP as a priority

Other

12. Support Finance ISC COE colleagues to develop and implement robust financial budgeting and management processes, e.g. MOR, Long Range Planning, Budgeting, Forecasting.

  • At least 3+ years’ experience in a data driven insights and optimization role
