JOB DESCRIPTION

Position Summary: Calculation of taxes and federal contributions, realization of requests for refunds and compensation of taxes, informative declarations and attention to requests of the fiscal authority SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SE (Economy) and INEGI.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
  • Calculation and presentation of taxes SAT
  • Calculation and presentation of contributions to the IMSS and INFONAVIT
  • Presentation of monthly and annual informative declarations to the SAT fiscal authority
  • Preparation of monthly and annual statistical reports to INEGI
  • Preparation of quarterly and annual financial reports to the SE
  • Submitting applications for returns and federal tax compensations
  • Attention to requirements of the fiscal authority SAT, IMSS, INFONAVIT, SE, INEGI
  • Reconciliation of fiscal and financial VAT
  • Reconciliation of amortizations and updating of INFONAVIT Payroll / SUA credits
  • Participation in KPMG audit requirements
  • Attention to the requirements of the IMSS and INFONAVIT
  • Annual statement of PRT before the IMSS
  • Update and renewal of addresses, documents, digital signatures and digital stamps before the tax authority.
  • Weekly payroll payment
  • Other activities of an analogous nature
  • Preparation of SAP SRM purchase orders.
  • The employee has the authority to stop the production line, when/she notices that the product has a quality problem or defect.
  • Support PSA activities and procedures with team members
  • Performs all those activities that by the nature of the position are required.
MANAGEMENT & SUPERVISORY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Job is NOT directly responsible for managing other employees.

  • Other Mexican federal contributions

EXPERIENCE
  • 5 years of experience in taxes and accounting
  • Experience in ERP System preferably SAP
  • Tax software SAT, INEGI, SUA, IDSE, SIPARE
  • Microsoft office

  • Ability to manage and maintain a high level of confidentiality.
