We are seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Sourcing Specialist to join our growing Talent Acquisition team at Sonatafy Technology.

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, engaging, and nurturing top‑tier IT talent across Latin America to support our clients in North America. You'll play a key role in building strong candidate pipelines, executing effective sourcing strategies, and ensuring an exceptional candidate experience from the very first interaction.

This position requires creativity, persistence, and a passion for connecting people with meaningful opportunities in technology.

Responsibilities

• Proactively source, identify, and engage potential candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other digital channels.
• Ensure all candidate communications and follow‑ups are handled promptly and professionally to foster strong engagement.
• Build and maintain robust, diverse candidate pipelines for active and future IT requisitions.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date data within our internal ATS and sourcing tools.
• Partner closely with the Talent Acquisition team to coordinate phone screens and interviews.
• Conduct market research and talent mapping to identify key trends, emerging technologies, and competitor hiring insights.
• Collaborate with the team to refine and innovate sourcing strategies to improve candidate quality and speed of delivery.

Skills and Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience sourcing or recruiting technical (IT/Software Development) profiles.
• Proficient in Boolean search, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Highly proactive, energetic, and a fast learner who thrives in a dynamic, fast‑paced environment.
• Strong team player with excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Analytical and resourceful problem solver with a results‑driven mindset.
• Passion for learning and growing within the IT and technology recruitment field.
